Take action to help fully fund the federal Brownfields program
Cleaning up brownfields sites and turning them into productive new assets is a key part of smart growth development. To achieve the important goals of assessing, cleaning and sustainably reusing contaminated properties nationwide, the National Brownfields Coalition is requesting $200 million in overall funding (matching authorized levels) and $50 million for the state response network.
Our members of Congress need to know how important this program is to our communities. That's why we're asking you to take two actions to help us support this program.
