Senate improves their bill with key changes, but needs your support to move it forward

Late last week, we celebrated a big victory as the Senate agreed to include three amendments which many of you have made calls or sent emails supporting in the last few weeks, including an amendment to give local governments more control to invest in small projects in their communities that make bicycling and walking safer and more attractive, revitalize our main streets, or make better connections to transit, among many other uses.

The Senate has taken some key steps to improve their bill, and the bill merits our support, though we'll keep fighting for more improvements.
