Things are moving fast this week with the transportation bill. We want to keep you up-to-date on what is happening and will follow up with short emails as we learn details of Chairman Oberstar's outline over the next few days.
As things stand right now, Chairman Oberstar will hold a public press conference tomorrow, June 18, at 11am ET to unveil an outline of what to expect in the bill (to be webcast live on the T&I committee website). At 2pm, he will then hold a briefing to discuss the details with other interested groups, including Transportation for America.
Pending when information comes out, we will hold a 4pm ET war room with partners tomorrow afternoon to provide our quick take on the outline.
